Dawn M. McCoy, BS, MS, MA
As the Founder/Executive Director of Red Shoe Project, Inc, Redlands, CA (est. 2013-present) and Thirty3 Coaching-Support for Women with Eating Disorders, Dawn M. McCoy has achieved the title of Success Personal Coach. Her passion to help individuals in following principles in societal norms thru application of coping skills needed to find true success. As a graduate of California Baptist University, Riverside, CA with degrees in the mental health and ministry fields, Dawn’s experiences and background with individuals has led many to make their walk thru life an invigorating and uplifted outlook on life and open to experience true joy in the journey.
For over 19 years, her message has enabled people to:

- iscover how to develop inner peace and security in any situation.
- Replace doubt, regret, and envy with truth, confidence, and praise/affirmation.
- Stop unhealthy cycles of striving and learn to love who you are.
Today, Dawn and her team encourage many men & women that through their daily rituals and routines, change can be great through fine tuning. “With small changes there can be BIG results.”

Bridgett Diemer, BS
As Assistant Director of Thirty3 Coaching, Bridgett Diemer has achieved the title of Success Personal Coach who helps women in following principles in societal norms thru application of coping skills needed to find true success in overcoming Eating Disorders. With degrees in Early Child Development and certificates in Business Management and recognized by her peers in starting Eating Disorder Support Groups throughout the Inland Empire, Bridgett’s experiences and background with individuals who suffered from an array of emotional pain and life lessons which can stem from Eating Disorders, has brought many women in her community back to “real life”.
Bridgett helps young women with daily living support with ease. Her unique supportive style with individuals has led many to make their first steps in standing up to this silent disease of Eating Disorders.
Bridgett, having been on the side of treatment for several years, has overcome the defeating negative self-talk, consistent battle with Anorexia, Bulimia and Orthorexia thru her work at Red Shoe Project,Inc. Redlands, CA. She leads FREE groups every week to speak out and encourage healing and support about Eating Disorders. Bridgett has a committed spirit to raise awareness on this disorder and has been invited to several treatment facilities throughout California to share her journey.
